What we collect, honestly described.
A privacy page in plain words. Effective September 6, 2026.
What we collect and why
Nothing you type. This site has nothing to type into. Orders happen in the store, below.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast the page loads. They are cookieless, don't build a profile of you, and don't follow you across other sites. We see aggregate numbers — pages, countries, device types, load times — not people. How Vercel handles it.
The ad pixel. This site loads the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) so we can tell whether our ads bring people here, and show our ads to people who have visited. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta the pages you view here, with your browser and IP details. For visitors in California we send Meta the "Limited Data Use" flag, which tells Meta to process that data under California's restrictions. Under California's definition this counts as "sharing" data for advertising, so we give you a real switch: the button below stops the pixel from loading on this browser, and we also honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal automatically. Meta's privacy policy covers what Meta does with what it receives.
The store. shop.terribleshirtco.com is hosted by Fourthwall, which is the merchant of record: Fourthwall takes your payment, prints, ships, and handles returns under its own privacy policy and terms (linked in the store footer). We can see order details in the store dashboard so we can help with a problem; we don't get your card number. Discount codes are handled by Fourthwall too.
What we don't do
- We never sell your data, and we never hand it to data brokers.
- We don't send marketing email from this site. There is no list.
- This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Vercel analytics | Aggregate only, kept by Vercel under its standard retention |
| Meta Pixel data | Held by Meta under Meta's policy; stop it any time with the button below |
| Store orders | Held by Fourthwall for as long as it needs to fulfil and support the order |
| Emails you send us | As long as the conversation is live, or until you ask us to delete them |
Your choices
- Turn the ad pixel off with the button below, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
- See, correct or delete anything you've emailed us: write to info@recursisdigital.com from the address you used and we'll do it, usually within a few days. For order data, Fourthwall's support handles it and we'll point you there.
- Block cookies in your browser if you'd rather — the site works fine without them.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Press the button and the Meta ad pixel stops loading on this browser and device. The choice is saved in your browser, survives future visits, and you can undo it here any time. It takes effect from the next page you open — this page had already loaded the pixel before you pressed it.
Changes and contact
If we change what we collect, we change this page and the date at the top. Questions or requests: info@recursisdigital.com. Recursis Holdings, United States.
